What HadiRep is

HadiRep ("we", "us") is a software service that helps small business owners manage their Google Business Profile reviews. The service is operated by the entity registered to hadirep.com.

Data we collect

• Identity: name, email, profile picture from your Google or Apple sign-in.
• Google Business Profile data: the locations and reviews that Google's API returns when you authorize HadiRep. We poll for new reviews on your behalf.
• Settings you configure: industry, AI reply tone, auto-publish preference, notification thresholds.
• Mobile push tokens: anonymous device identifiers issued by Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging via Expo, used only to deliver alerts you opted into.
• Subscription & billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer/subscription IDs; we never see card numbers.

How we use it

• To pull your reviews from Google and surface them in the dashboard and mobile app.
• To generate suggested replies via OpenAI and Google AI APIs. Review text and your business industry/tone are sent to those providers under their respective terms; reply drafts are returned and stored against your account.
• To post replies back to Google when you (or, if you have auto-publish enabled, the AI on your behalf) approve them.
• To send notifications about new reviews via email, SMS, or push.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data. We use the following sub-processors:

• Google (sign-in, Business Profile API, AI)
• Apple (sign-in, push)
• OpenAI (AI reply generation)
• Stripe (billing)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Expo (push notification fan-out)
• Google Cloud Platform (hosting, database, queue)

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days as a grace window in case you re-subscribe, then delete it permanently. You can delete your account at any time:

• In the mobile app: Settings → Delete account
• On the web: /delete-account (sign in with Google to confirm ownership, then delete in one click)
• By email: contact@hadirep.com

Deletion immediately removes your business, locations, reviews, replies, devices, and activity logs from our database.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to its processing. Contact contact@hadirep.com for any of these requests. You can also delete your account directly from the mobile app at any time.

Children

HadiRep is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone in that age group.

Changes

We will post any material changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For substantial changes, we will notify you by email.
