Terms of Service

1. The service
HadiRep ("we", "us") provides software that pulls Google Business Profile reviews into a dashboard, drafts AI-generated replies, and posts replies back to Google when you authorize it. By using HadiRep you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You sign in via Google or Apple. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be 18 or older.
3. Subscription & billing
- The service is paid per linked location, billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
- New customers get a 15-day free trial of one location. Adding additional locations requires an active subscription.
- Pricing is published at hadirep.com/pricing. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice via email.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
4. Use of Google Business Profile
You authorize HadiRep, via Google's OAuth consent screen, to read and reply to reviews on your behalf. You remain responsible for the content of any reply posted to Google — whether you write it manually, edit an AI draft, or enable auto-publish. AI-generated replies may occasionally produce inaccurate or off-tone text; you accept responsibility for content posted under your business profile.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use HadiRep to post spam, harassment, or illegal content;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to break HadiRep's systems;
- Resell HadiRep access without our written agreement.
6. Service availability
HadiRep aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, security, or compliance reasons.
7. Disclaimers
HadiRep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime from the web billing page or by deleting your account in the mobile app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We will post material changes to these Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
